Founder & CEO
Annette Hopper
Annette brings more than 30 years of experience in the investment advisory industry. From 2004 through January 2025, she held senior leadership roles at a Boulder and New York RIA, serving as Partner, CFO, CCO, and COO serving institutional and UHNW family clients.
Earlier in her career, Annette was the Founder and CEO of an outsourced CFO/CCO firm serving more than 60 clients across multiple industries designing and operating compliant, scalable businesses.
Annette now resides in Florida, Outside of work, she enjoys time on the water, whether walking the beach or exploring new destinations by boat.

Levi Hammett
After earning a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado, He spent more than a decade running operations for an outsourced RIA overseeing more than $3 billion in AUM and supported multiple UHNW family offices with intricate investment portfolios, private assets, and layered entity structures.
Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented performance reporting systems, risk management platforms, data warehouses, trading workflows, and custodial relationships enhancing business processes and supporting data-driven strategies.
Levi still resides in Colorado. He's an avid fly fisherman, and enjoys getting away from the cold to hunt for Permit on the bow of a skiff.
